Enable hosted Git repository with Docker installation

Hi,

similar to this question: https://community.openproject.org/topics/17940

I realized that with my Docker installation, when configuring a repository for project, only one radio button with "Link existing local Git repository" is displayed. On packaged installation, there is git enabled in configuration.yml file and there I have also option to select "Git repository integrated into OpenProject" radiobutton. 

I have no idea how to enable this in Docker installation as the config is handled only via environment variables and I did not find any useful documentation
