Hello,

If I create a new Task 
Work packages -> + Create -> "Aufgabe" (Task?)
and assign a collegue, he does not get a mail about the new task.

If I send a mail as admin I got a mail. If I use the @USER in a comment, the people got mails.

On Notification Seetings, the user have "Assignee" and "Accountable" enabled.

Any ideas whats wrong?

OP Version 13.0.1, Postgres 13.11, last change 29.08.2023, Debian 12 up2date.
