12.4.1 Update on Ubuntu 18.04.6

Hello All

We have OP 12.4.1 running on Ubuntu 18.04.6, and are trying to upgrade/update both OpenProject and Ubuntu.

When attempting up update OpenProject the following output is given

openproject : Depends: libreadline8 but it is not installable
              Depends: libevent-2.1-7 but it is not installable
              Depends: libevent-core-2.1-7 but it is not installable
              Depends: libevent-extra-2.1-7 but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

When trying up update Ubuntu, we are unable to proceed because OpenProject has updates available that cannot be installed. 

I have tried manually installing the dependencies but it appears the repos no longer support 18.04. I tried spinning up a new instance of OpenProject using Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04, but the backup from 12.4.1 won't import to a new release due to mismatched versions.

Could someone point me in the right direction?
