Docker installation with Plugins support

Hello everyone ! 

I have successfully installed op 12 on a RPI after the latest updates, following this guide! 

Now if I need some plugin in the future, do I have to recreate a new image and lose my previous data/configurations (reading this confused me a bit..)  or will I be able to hook the plugin supported image to my current installation somehow ?

Please forgive my ignorance and thank you in advace!
