OpenProject not Working After Instalation

Added by Marcos Fontana over 2 years ago

After installing via the official Guide Install OpenProject with DEB/RPM packages, I can't open the OpenProject on Web. The SSL is enable and certificate and private key were provided successfully.

Here are some pieces of evidence:

DNS Resolution in OpenProject Server

Here is the HTTPD and OpenProject Status after installation.

Here is the Web Access from the Server Itself

Here is the Web Access from a Client

Any thoughts?

After some troubleshooting, the firewall of the server was blocking access. The installation did not create the firewall rules to accept the connection using ports 80 and 443.
