Upgrade from 4.0.5 to 12.x

Hello, 

I have no experience in openproject and I must update my current version 4.0.5 with postgres 8.4.22 (ubuntu 12.04) to the most recent openproject version . I want to ask you what procedure I should follow, if I should look for an intermediate version or something similar.

Hello Miguelangel, 

You can upgrade to OpenProject 7 first and then it is possible to upgrade to the latest OpenProject version. Here is the description about upgrading your OpenProject installation: https://www.openproject.org/docs/installation-and-operations/operation/upgrading/

Here is the instruction to migrate your installation to PostgreSQL 13: https://www.openproject.org/docs/installation-and-operations/misc/migration-to-postgresql13/

but where I get the openproject7, so far I don't get it.
