Migration Bitnami Openproject zu "normaler" Openproject Installation

Hallo,

gibt es eine Anleitung wie ich meine Daten aus einer Bitnami Installation in eine normale Openproject Installation umziehen kann?

Hier noch einige Informationen:

Bitnami System: Postgresql 14.1, Openproject Version 11.4.1

Neues System: Postgresql 13.10, Openproject 12.4.4

Ich hoffe irgendjemand kann mir hier einen Denkanstoß oder Anleitung geben.

ist es möglich hier irgendwie Support zu bekommen? Die Anleitung hilft mir leider nur bedingt weiter.
