Install Docker image with udocker ?

Hi there, I want to install OpenProject on my server and my hoster offers a way to install docker images with udocker.

I don't know much about docker but I am able to follow a detailed how-to. But … docker and udocker are obviously not the same. Will it work if I figure out how?
