Hey guys,

Met this error when trying to create new roles @ admin/roles/new
@Internal error

An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your OpenProject administrator for assistance.

If you are the OpenProject administrator, check your log files for details about the error.@
Apache Error logs not showing anything much other than it being an error 500. Any ideas why?

Please advice.

Hi,

do you still experience this error?
Unfortunately, I cannot get enough information out of your error reports to reproduce the problem. Can you please provide more information?

Useful information is:

  • the openproject version (and best the installation guide you’ve followed)
  • the operating system on which you run openproject on
  • installed plugins (best is to provide the Gemfile.plugins file)
  • the error log (it might be that you think that there is not enough information. but maybe we can spot a detail in the error log to find the source of the problem)
