Docker on Synology ds918+ installed but rebooting...

I am at full loss. I am quite experienced user in regards of the docker/synology/portainer etc. Can someone please figure out what is going on here? I have attached logs and installed according the guide from mariushosting:

I just changed restart policy to always as per official instructions.

Would be very much appreciated. Logs attached. Thanks!
