SSL error on upgarding openproject 12.3 to 12.4

I have installed openproject 12.3.4 CE  in ubuntu 22.04.
I followed these steps to upgrade to 12.4.0

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --only-upgrade openproject
sudo openproject configure

Open project is upgraded but ssl is not working now..
I can not login to openproject with https but can login without https..

I also updated /etc/openproject/conf.d/server and changed protocol from http to https but still not working..

Any help is appreciable..
