Hi,
For combining MediaWiki and OpenProject on the same server with your own apache2, you should chose to skip the webserver installation of OpenProject.
For OpenProject:
I understand, that you refer to the following abstracts in the docs:
https://www.openproject.org/docs/installation-and-operations/installation/packaged/#step-3-apache2-web-server-and-ssl-termination
At First you said
skip
like here, because you had an apache2 (YOUR OWN, and not something that came with MediaWiki):https://www.openproject.org/docs/installation-and-operations/installation/packaged/#skip-apache2-web-server-install-not-recommended
Please re-read the docs and see if it could help you.
Later you said
install
like here:https://www.openproject.org/docs/installation-and-operations/installation/packaged/#install-apache2-web-server-default
Now something that you could share is broken, there is no screenshot and no configuration yet to understand your case.
Please re-read the docs and see if it could help you.
If you need to get help how to setup an EXTERNAL web server for OpenProject you could take a look at the
skip
link above:Kind regards, Adam
I’m also having this exact issue.
