Work packages export and email notifications are not working

Dear Team,

We are using open project from the past 3 years. now we are facing some issue with open project. when i send the test email, it will trigger. but users not getting the notifications, alerts etc.. also users can't export the work packages. kindly help us on this issue.

Hi Adam,

Thank you for your reply.

Issue is resolved now. Actually thousands of requests and notifications are stucked in the database side. so I directly connected with the db and clear the pending items and restarted the OP services.
After that it's working fine.

Now all users receiving mails and notifications. And users can export the work packages.

Thanks for your description of the solution, you could maybe add steps if you like to help others in the future, e.g. psql commands etc
