1. Could you show us the "Console Logs" and the "Network Tab" of the browser while the Error occurs? Of primary interest here are red entries, which can also be viewed in detail with a click. Please create a screenshot of the "Console Logs" and the "Network Tab".

2. Could you please attach "debug logs" to this ticket. To get "Debug Logs" you would need to temporarily enable this at command line level:

in order to help and to get a proper answer i would need someone who gets this error to provide point 1. and 2. from my last two comments

if no one provides those, then there will be no progress.
