Cannot update newest version

Good day.

I tried to upgrade my OpenProject on Ubuntu 20.04 via apt package manager this morning, but when I try to run the sudo openproject configure command, it fails. I get the warning on my web page about unfinished migrations. So I tried to run it again, and same error. I have attached the whole error. Could someone PLEASE help me in fixing this. This is a critical system.

I used the instructions here: https://community.openproject.org/topics/15246 And was able to get my system to run again. But this seems like a serious bug.
