Hello and thanks for everyhing.

I try to mirgate from OpenProject 11.4.1 on PostgreSQL 13.5 то OpenProject 12.1.6 and PostgreSQL 12.11 (Ubuntu 20.04 DEB packages both)

Everything god with backup and restore but i have Service Unavailable and openproject-web-1.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.

At the same time i have this;
