Ubuntu Server 22.04, Cannot import PGP Key, Depricated.

Following the installation instructions on the page below, step 1 is to import the PHP key to get the package but when running that command in terminal I get the following message:
Warning: apt-key is deprecated. Manage keyring files in trusted.gpg.d instead (see apt-key(8)).
OK
Assuming that is okay to proceed then on install command I get:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
