How to SKIP the DEMO DATA SEEDER ?

I'm installing OpenProject via the docker-compose file however I am not able to skip the demo data seeder for production environment.

Providing only the RAILS_ENV=production  environment variable to the seeder service does not seem to be enough.

Is there anything else I can do to skip the demo data creation (Scrum project, Demo project) ?
