Unable to connect with LDAP

Hello, We are trying to connect OpenProject with LDAP. On other side we have FreeIPA system, on primery site is OpenProject (docker installation)

We are unable to do that. Logs:

W, [2022-04-09T13:20:27.153327 #3810]  WARN -- : Failed login for '' from  at 2022-04-09 13:20:27 UTC: invalid credentials

We have try everzthing... nothing helps
