RedHat 8 and Open project Installation

I'm having issues installing the community edition of OpenProject on my RedHat 8 server. I'm using a developer licenses.

Can someone assist me with the follow errors:

Error:
Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
- nothing provides dialog needed by openproject-12.0.10-1647445180.37d03eb3.centos8.x86_64
- nothing provides libpq needed by openproject-12.0.10-1647445180.37d03eb3.centos8.x86_64
- nothing provides poppler-utils needed by openproject-12.0.10-1647445180.37d03eb3.centos8.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
