Upgrade from 12.0.1 to 12.0.7

After trying the upgrade guide and entering sudo openproject configure there was an ERROR: Module perl does not exist 

when loading my openproject it display a service unavailable error

This were the commands i run for the package upgrade:

sudo apt-get update 

sudo apt-get install --only-upgrade openproject 

sudo openproject configure
