Migrating from All-in-one docker installation to Package-based installation (DEB/RPM)

Hello:

I'm wondering if there is a guide for migrating an instance of OpenProject from an all-in-one Docker container (and backup, i.e. 'openproject.sql') to a package-based installation? I have a virtual server with Ubuntu 20.04 but have not installed a new instance of OpenProject yet, though my preference would be the Package-based installation (DEB/RPM).

Please advise on how to proceed.

I have the exact same situation.  I need to build a server so I can put in an SSL Cert.
