Cant send Emails to external adresses through exchange

Environment:
Your OpenProject Version: 11.3.3

Ubuntu 20.04 / Chrome / OpenProject language: German

Exchange 2019

Actual Behavior
When i testmail with an user with internal adress it works fine but when i testmail with an user with external adresses i get "Beim Senden einer E-Mail ist ein Fehler aufgetreten (end of file reached)."

The exchange conntector works fine with other services
