Create New Work Package Type with Copy workflow from "Bug"

I go to: Work packages - Types +Type to create a new type of work package

enter name and then Copy workflow from "Bug"

When I go to FORM CONFIGURATION afterwards
there is the section OTHERS missing!!

In original Type "Bug" there is this session?

Am I doing something wrong?
OR
is it a Bug?

PS:
same with Feature, Epig, Userstory.
In fact everywhere where the group OTHERS is inside in the original Work packages
