Update from 10.x to 11.2.4 -> no work packages in all projects

Hi,
I just updated from 10.x to 11.2.4. After logging in I noticed that all my work packages are gone (see screenshot).

It's a docker installation using docker-compose file from github (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/opf/openproject-deploy/stable/11/compose/docker-compose.yml).

I don't even see an error in the logs. Anyone has a suggestion where to start looking?

Also I justed noticed that my user icons does not load (the menu is still present, only the icon is missing).

*facepalm* - obviously I have to go to bed... once again I ran into OPENPROJECT_RAILS__RELATIVE__URL__ROOT but this time without error message (except one in the developer console of my browser).
