Email not working in OP on Universion server

Pls. tell me how to set this up

Users have emails

invitation mail sent OK  - but also nothing in junk mailbox of the User in outlook.

I have nothing found where to put my SMTP server settings?

In the docks I found This:

But there is Unvention server setup NOT mention Pls Help to get it work.
