Administrator password for new installations

Hi,

Just wondering how to access administration on a new installation:

$ docker run -it -p 8080:80 -e SECRET_KEY_BASE=somekey openproject/community:11

When opening localhost:8080 for the first time, I'm asked to login and then create a new account, after which the message appears: "Your account has not yet been activated. Please wait for an administrator to activate your account."
