Installation issue on Debian Wheezy

I am trying to install version 3.0 on a Debian Wheezy 7.4 Server. The server is a dedicated Web server running Apache and using the administrative panel PLEX. I have followed the detailed instructions in the dedicated thread: [[https://www.openproject.org/projects/openproject/wiki/Debian_Stable_with_MySQL_in_production]], verified my ruby (2.1.1) as bundle (1.6.2) versions, and set a specific subdirectory access in the virtual host conf (_myServerName_/OpenProject/), but when I browse to it, I don’t have any access to OpP. I am surely not far, but I would really appreciate some help.
