Apache2::Reload

Just finished installation on Ubuntu 20 and site will not load. The following error is displayed in Apache error.log I checked the file path and the file Reload.pm does not exist. I used the autoconfiguration to install and setup OpenProject

`Apache2::Reload': Can't locate Apache2/Reload.pm:   /usr/lib/perl5/Apache2/Reload.pm: Permission denied at (eva l 24) line 1.\n
