Mac M1 ARM no package for Ubuntu VM

Hi Using Parallels (VM Software app)  on my Mac M1 have installed Ubuntu 20.04 server as a VM and tried to install OP but unable too. Seems there is no ARM64 package, used instructions HERE. I get the attached error when trying to run install command 'unable to locate package openproject'. I suspect its to do with the ARM processor but not sure as a bit of a novice in this space, any help would be appreciated, thanks!
