Hostname mismatch issue on Ubuntu 20.04

Added by Marin Althuis over 4 years ago

Hello,

I set my hostname in Openproject to the URL my installation is reachded by, e.g. openproject.example.com

then I set my hostname to this fqdn with hostnamectl set-hostname openproject.example.com.

I still get a hostname mismatch error at the bottom of the page and the site redirects me to just "openproject" when I click thge OpenProject button at the top.

How do I fix this? Many thanks!

PS: OpenProject runs behind a nginx SSL-Proxy. So it goes like this:

Router:443 -> (HTTPS) sslgw:443 -> (HTTP) openproject:80.

OpenProject is set to HTTP because thats how it communicates.

Maybe that relates to the issue.
