Pending Database Migration Message V.11

Hi all,

after a fresh install of V. 11 from Package I restored the db_dump and files from our production environment. openproject configure runs, but produces errors when trying to migrate the db. I am a bit clueless here. Output from "openproject run rake db:migrate" attached as file. Any help greatly appreciated.
