Intall Open project error : no valid openpgp data found & 404 not found

I Try Installing open project but found error 

Command : wget -qO- https://dl.packager.io/svr/opf/openproject/key | sudo apt-key add -

Error : gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.

Command : sudo wget -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openproject.list https://dl.packager.io/svr/opf/openproject/stable/10/installer/ubuntu/18.04.repo

Error : 

Resolving dl.packager.io (dl.packager.io)... 136.243.51.90

Connecting to dl.packager.io (dl.packager.io)|136.243.51.90|:443... connected.

HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found

2020-06-09 20:35:51 ERROR 404: Not Found.

I'm Using Ubuntu 18.04 on installed on VMware (already update & upgrade the OS)

is there any missing step on my instllation?

There is a typo in your URLs. You need to use  https://dl.packager.io/srv/opf/openproject/key (srv vs svr).
