SSL Installation Issue

i'm having an issue installing rapid ssl certificate, first i did installed lets encrypt ssl but later trying to install SSL from rapid ssl. I did tried "openproject reconfigure"  & "openproject configure" but it's not asking for certificate path files. Even i modified "/etc/apache2/sites-available/openproject.conf " but no luck. Could anyone guide me how can i reinstall Rapid SSL certificate.
