Apache error with git and svn integration

Hi,
I recently installed OpenProject (version 10.4.1) on my Debien 10 server but I have an error  in the git config when I try to start apache2:

Invalid command 'OpenProjectGitSmartHttp', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

 An I have a similar error with svn integration.

I tried to follow this instructions to fixe this problem but it still doesn't work (same error):
https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Git-on-the-Server-Smart-HTTP

What should I do?

I get this error too, while trying to install a certbot certificate. Any ideas? Did you solve this?
