Test mail sent but no the others

Hello,

I just installed OpenProject on an Ubuntu18.04 server with the .deb

When I test to send a mail from the OpenProject backoffice, I receive it but if I add a new user, he doesn't receive it. Same I reply to a task too.

Do you have any idea of what's wrong ?

rebooting the server solved... but is it normal having to reboot a server to be able to send email ?
