mysql->postgres migration fails

Trying to migrate an installation to postgres following this:

Installed is the deb-package 9.0.4-1570023722.b1f1184d.xenial on Ubuntu 16.04

# sudo openproject run ./docker/mysql-to-postgres/bin/migrate-mysql-to-postgres
