Cannot access web page after successful install on Centos8

I followed the instructions to install OpenProject on Centos 8 at https://docs.openproject.org/installation-and-operations/installation/packaged/. Everything seemed to go smoothly. However when I try to access OpenProject I get an error when accessing the web page (attached).

I would appreciate any assistance with this problem.

Hi Joshua,

What does your setup look like? Could you attach your /etc/openproject/installler.dat (remove any password values) and the output of openproject logs and /var/logs/apache2/*.log
