Reach fresh OpenProject installation locally

Hi

according to the installation instructions,  I should access the fresh instance of OpenProject  
I just prepared on a Debian Buster system using the following :

You should be able to reach the OpenProject instance by visiting your installation at http://<openproject.example.com>/<server prefix> 

Well ... I might need a bit more insight to know exactly what to type in my browser 
to access my installation locally, without a web connection. 

Can somebody help me about that ? 

I join the installer.dat file produced by the OpenProject wizard.
