Docs for manual upgrade are missing

Since debian 8 packages are not shipped anymore, we need the docs for manual upgrade openproject 9 to 10 on debian 8.
This old link https://www.openproject.org/operations/upgrading/upgrade-guide-manual-installation/ is not working anymore and the manual upgrade docs are missing.

Where can we find iunstructions for the manual upgrade? Many thanks.
