Hi,

I am wondering, how to connect to the Postgresql DB inside the Docker container to insert my backup.
I had an old installation (8.3.x) and converted the MySQL to Postgres, then did a dump of the Postgres DB.

I started out with OpenProject using a preconfigured Bitnami VM.
Now I wanted to upgrade to the newest version, but with Bitnami I failed, so I figured I'd give the Docker version a try because it seems to be the easiest to update.
