How to upgrade to Latest Version 10.2.2 from 7.3.2 Older Version?

Hello Guys,

Currently I'm using Open Project 7.3.2 Version along with MySQL DB. I want to upgrade it to the latest version 10.2.2 which got released on 11th Dec, 2019. It would be very helpful for me if somebody can guide me on the below questions.

  1. How can I upgrade? Can we upgrade directly from 7.3.2 to 10.2.2? If yes, then how?
  2. Which configurations do I need to take care of?
  3. In 7.3.2 I was using Angular 1 and now it's Angular 6 version if I'm not wrong. So how I can manage to maintain the same functionality/code of Angular 1 version by upgrading it to Angular 6 in the open project?
  4. I've made some custom changes as per my functionality so will those changes remain same if I upgrade from 7.3.2 to 10.2.2? Or how can I upgrade  to latest version 10.2.2 by keeping those custom functionalities working as it was in 7.3.2?
  5. Which other things should I need to take care while upgrading the Open Project?
