Can't change admin default password - error 404 for change_password

New on-prem installation - default installation (open project in http://a.b.c.d/op

I try to login - get asked to replace admin password, I enter the new password and I get an error message:

Error 404 - The page you were trying to accesss doesn't exists or had been removed.
