Specify the Apache configuration file on installation

Hey guys,

I was wondering if it is possible to specify the name of the Apache config file when installing openproject...

By default it creates openproject.conf and enables the site under that config however I've gotten into a habit of creating a config for each of my Web platforms using the FQDN... As you can probably tell, this breaks Apache... Due to two sites pointing to the same domain...

So either is this currently possible? or is this something worthwhile adding in a future version.
