OpenProject 10 logging

Added by Michael Kalinski over 5 years ago

Hello,

we are running an openproject instance in an the aws ec2 instance.
We´ve followed the installation instructions for ubuntu 18.04 (openproject v10.1).

Unfortunately, everytime we want to edit a property of a worker package, we will receive the message that an internal server error occurs.
We know this is our internal firewall, but in order to open doors, we need additional information why the firewall is having a problem.

We were not able to find a proper log which contains additional information helping us to find a solution for the problem.
As there is no "config/additional_environment.rb" file, we can not set the logging like stated in other posts.

Thank you in advance.
best regards
michael

Hello, have you tried running sudo openproject logs or sudo openproject logs --tail?

Yes, I did. But there is just no exception or any hint of what´s going wrong.
