Migration to 9.0 from 7.4.7 ? migrate to 8 ?

Hello,

I have an instance of OpenProject community 7.4.7 and would to migrate to version 9.X but the only migration guide I can find is the last one from 8.X to 9.X

So one question is : do I need to migrate to 8.X before migrating to 9.X ?

The other one is : where the migration guide from 7.X to 8.X ? The only one I can find is alway the last one even when it is reference to 7 to 8, we arrived on the HEAD migration guide 8 to 9
