I want to install specificly version 3.0.0

I want to install version 3.0.0 of openproject on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
Using the standard installation instructions, I only get 3.1.pre….

How can I choose version 3.0.0 during installation?

btw: When starting with RAILS_ENV=“production”, template doesn’t work -> no css.

Already tried installing OP using four different instruction sheets…
