no color on gantt diagram

Hi there. 

We just installed a few weeks ago a community version of openproject and recently updated to version 8.3.2, and gantt diagrams are shown without colors, just grey... 

also, the following error appears in the console:

The resource from “https://openproject.ourdomain.com/highlighting/styles.css” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/html”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff)

Not sure if it's related. This styles.css file is not existing...

Any ideas on how to solve this?
