Migration to 8.2 for hosted solutions

Hi. Is there any specific date for when hosted OP instances will be migrated to 8.2? In the release notes it is stated that this will happen in the beginning of 2019, but it's to vague. Are there any more specific dates? I'm developing a time logger app and my dev plan depends on the release of this version - whether I should invest more time into a non-API based version or focus on improving the latest version that uses the time entries API from 8.2.
