utf8 to utf8mb4 Script

Hello,

as i have a old open project installation it runs with utf8. No i want Support for emoji's. As I already know from https://mathiasbynens.be/notes/mysql-utf8mb4, I have to convert my database, tables and columns to utf8mb4. Has this already anybody done and can provide a full mysql-update skript? Can Open Project officialy provide such an update script? Tables would work, but which columns do i have to change?

Need some help please.
